Do you offer a warranty?

Upon completion of our heating or AC installation, we are happy to provide our customers with the peace of mind of a manufacturer's warranty and a one-year year complete labor warranty.

What areas do you service?

The Tin Man team proudly services the Greater Denver Area and its surrounding neighborhoods and counties.

What items do you service?

We are happy to announce that we currently service a range of equipment including, but not limited to Hydronic Boilers, Steam Boilers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Humidifiers, Water Heaters, Water Purification Systems, and Swamp Coolers. Do you pull permits on installations?

We are licensed in all of the counties in the Greater Denver Area, as well as the outer areas. Permits will be pulled on all HVAC installations in an effort to provide our customers with peace of mind, knowing that all of our installations are completed, meeting local code enforcement regulations.
